The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I even had to beg the concierge to carry my bags out of the car. I was supposed to check in at 2 pm, but I didn’t check in until 5 pm. There was no lobby; there was only a small reception area. The cleaning was terrible. There were bugs in my bed every morning, and I woke up with new bug bites. There was construction outside the building, and they almost worked 24/7. This made the situation even worse. The parking was always full, and I had to park outside most of the time. The breakfast was always the same. There were no options, and they only served Indian dishes, which not everyone eats.

loved the trip to soluna beach ! The staff was really nice and attentive, it was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Having stayed in another 3-star hotel in Dubai, I can say with confidence that Hotel Avalon is an incredible place to stay that I would recommend to anyone looking for a well-priced, comfortable, cozy place to stay!

Location is good. Property, Rooms are clean. Jordan and other guys at the reception was helpful in whatever info needed, booking cabs, helping with luggage etc., breakfast wide range of dishes.. Vasanth(Indian Chef) helped us with the breakfast selection and provided extra complimentary Indian dishes..overall stay was very good..

Getting old a bit, and room toilet accessories and plumbing work does but seem to be of high quality somehow!

Very grumpy and unwelcoming receptionist on the day of the check in as if they are forced to work ..Room service non existing for the two days stay!! Had to call them multiple times to come and clean the room even though I had gone out of the room for over 4 hours to allow them enough time to clean .

breakfast was very basic. nothing spectacular. Wish they had a more extensive option. They had a few indian things on the menu, I guess due to the locations population.

had dinner which was buffet and the options were very lacklustre. They had more dessert options and salads than actual food options. the next night we decided to try the A LA carte option. It was okay but you couldnt request more. just very restrictive.

Clean and nice environment

They create confusion in their advertisements for booking rooms. First, they state that the first cancellation is free and that you will receive a full refund, but once you book, they say that cancellations are not allowed at all.

The location, property is surrounded by construction sites. The cleaning is not up to standard.

I feel hot sometimes and cant regulate the thermostat to be cooler. Somehow it always goes back to 24CThe breakfast buffet is catered to vegetarians and is the same for 8 days. Please try some variations. Price is good tho.No shops / grocery store around the location. Hotel should have vending machine or small shop for essentials and snacks. The cafe was very good but expensive.

Clean , comfy and great location versus the value especially if you rent a car

I booked when the hotel was under avalon hotel, my reservation included early check in at 10 am and late check out at 3 pm , I arrived the hotel at 9:15 am and they the receptionist was um professional she take the advantage that i have 2 years baby and we are tired and she told me that is not included in your reservation, after i showed her my reservation she told me you have to wait that time 40 min or pay 300 derham extra for early check in, i paid only for my baby because he was crying and wanted to rest that was totally unprofessional from them .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was extremely clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming, especially Abdullah, Plixi and Ajay. Truly the best service I’ve experienced. Everything felt warm and pleasant, and I was treated in the nicest way possible. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Too far from everything in Abu Dhabi road good but not worth

1) The staff is very rude and illiterate with extreme lack of training and responsibility. 2) The restaurant is poor and low quality food 3) The room was very hot A/C worked 24 hrs and could not cool the room . 4) I found bed bug on my bellow in the 3rd night . ( photo is attached ) .
